Our members do not sign leases. We have “membership agreements” that grant you access to the space. For dedicated private offices, we ask for a 4-month commitment – ensuring your perfect workspace lasts that extra bit longer!
We do provide discounts for those who pay in advance for 6 or 12 months. -
Yes, you can bring guests, friends or clients.
If a friend or colleague wants to come work for a full day not in your office, all they’ll need is a day pass! -
Yes, we encourage everyone to make their office their own. This includes furniture, wall hanging, rugs and lamps. Make yourself at home. You can do anything short of construction and painting.
