Do I have to sign a lease?
No. Members sign a membership agreement, not a lease. Dedicated desks are month-to-month with two weeks' notice. Private offices have a 4-month minimum. [Flexible workspace term.]
When can I use the space?
Members have 24/7 access to the building.
Can I take phone calls?
Yes. Calls are normal in the open space during the day. For a private call, book the conference room.
Can I bring visitors?
Yes. If a guest plans to work from the space for the day, they'll need a day pass.
Which membership should I choose?
If you work here a few days a week, start with Flexible Workspace. If you're here most days and want to leave your things set up, choose a Dedicated Desk. If you need privacy, take confidential calls, or have a small team, choose a Private Office.
